Brand Loyalty
It’s funny how you become synonymous with a brand. You work so hard to have brand association and it eventually becomes part of your identity. That is how I feel about Lamborghini. Then when you stray from it, you almost feel a sense of guilt. But it’s human nature to grow and explore other options. This week I took a chance to explore the amazing Rolls Royce Dawn and I’m so glad I did!
I’ve always been curious to know more about Rolls Royce. From a distance they look so regal and I must admit the new convertible peaked my interest. I recently asked my co-worker Steven to walk me through the new Dawn if for no other reason to kill my curiosity. It’s no Lamborghini, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I must admit I fell in love with it! After a beautiful presentation from Steven, I now plan to one day make room for it in my stable, right next to my Lamborghini collection!
I’ll be the first to admit, I love faster and louder machines, and there’s nothing like the roar of a naturally aspirated engine as you rip around the track, but there are plenty of days when luxury and comfort are exactly what you need and Rolls Royce is the epitome of just that. I had always thought of Rolls Royce as an “older” brand. However, as Steven began showing me the Dawn, and all that it has to offer, I realized that it’s very hip and no matter what your age, it offers it’s lucky owner exclusivity and an exquisite experience that anyone would appreciate. It has the unmistakeable rear hinged power closing doors and it allows you to travel in comfort with four full size adults. Under the hood it houses a 6.6 liter twin turbo V12 that makes 563 hp. From the details to the creature comforts, it truly is an amazing motor car.
Although Lamborghini will always be my first love and I’m 100% loyal to that brand, I think I can find room in my heart to have a second love….the Rolls Royce Dawn!
